Tokky Privacy Policy

Helin Labs (“we”) processes and protects personal information only as needed to provide Tokky.
1. Information we process
- Account data: social-login identifier, email, name or nickname, and profile image.
- Service data: language and learning goals, lesson, review and streak progress, role-play inputs and results, and app settings.
- Device and operations data: device and app version, country and language, push token, diagnostics, errors, and access logs.
- Subscription data: product, transaction identifier, purchase status, and entitlement. We do not directly collect card numbers or other store payment-method details.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, personalize and synchronize learning, confirm subscription entitlement, provide support, secure the service and prevent abuse, diagnose errors, improve Tokky, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers and international processing
Apple and Google (login, distribution, payment, and push), cloud and database providers, and analytics, experimentation, and AI providers may process information as needed to operate Tokky. We apply contractual and security safeguards and, for international transfers, protections required by applicable law. Learning input may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response or improve quality; do not submit sensitive personal information.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain account and learning data while you use the service. After an account-deletion request, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period except where records are needed by law or to resolve disputes. Transaction records and security logs may be kept for the period required by law or legitimate operational needs.
5. Your choices and rights
You can request account deletion in app settings and contact us to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Notification permission can be changed in your operating-system settings. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without legally required parental consent.
6. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. We will provide reasonable notice in the service if this Policy changes materially.
