Tokky Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tokky, an English-learning service provided by Helin Labs (“we”). By using Tokky, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service and account
Tokky provides sentence lessons, reviews, role-play, and related content. You must keep your account information accurate and secure. You may not infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, copy or reverse engineer it without permission, or use automated means to extract its content.
2. Subscriptions, trials, and payment
- The product name, duration, price, and any free-trial terms appear on the purchase screen and in the App Store or Google Play checkout.
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the displayed period. To prevent renewal, cancel in the store account used to purchase at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- An eligible user may receive a free trial once. Unless canceled before it ends, the trial converts to the displayed paid subscription.
- Payments, cancellations, and refunds follow the policies and processes of the App Store or Google Play used for purchase. Deleting the app or your Tokky account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
3. Content and intellectual property
Tokky’s lessons, audio, images, character, software, and other service content belong to us or their lawful owners and are licensed for personal learning use only. You retain rights in content you submit, which may be processed as needed to provide and improve the service.
4. Changes, interruption, and liability
We may improve or change features while complying with applicable law and store policies. Maintenance, network failure, or events outside our control may interrupt the service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or special damages absent willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Termination and changes to these Terms
You may request account deletion in the app settings. We will give reasonable notice in the service when material terms change. If you disagree, you may stop using Tokky and delete your account.
